How software access is delivered.

Delivery timing

For a paid 30-day access pass, delivery begins after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Access is normally enabled immediately and a confirmation is sent to the email supplied at checkout.

Access period

The 30-day period starts when access is activated. The purchase is one-time and does not renew automatically. A new period requires a new manual purchase.

If access does not arrive

Check your spam folder and confirm that you used the correct email address. If access is not available within 15 minutes after successful payment, email support@open52.com with your payment reference. We will investigate or provide an appropriate remedy.
