1. The service

Open52 is a first-party productivity software suite operated by LIANG XIA, Australian sole trader, ABN 19 907 139 047. The current paid suite is limited to the products expressly listed on the pricing or checkout page.

02

2. Free access

Some products provide free or public features. Availability and limits may change. Free access does not guarantee continued availability of any particular feature.

03

3. 30-day paid access

Open52 Pro is purchased once for a 30-day access period. It is not a recurring subscription and does not renew automatically. Access begins after payment confirmation. Continuing after expiry requires a new manual purchase.

04

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and available payment methods are shown before payment. You authorise the chosen payment provider to process the one-time amount displayed at checkout.

05

5. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

06

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not resell access, interfere with the service, bypass limits, infringe rights or use the software unlawfully.

07

7. AI and third-party services

AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete or wrong and should be independently checked. Some workflows open or interact with third-party services under your own account; those services have their own terms and availability.

08

8. Changes and availability

We may improve, replace or discontinue features. If a material change prevents delivery of a paid service during an active period, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

09

9. Refunds and consumer guarantees

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.

10

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Open52 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any limitation does not apply where it would unlawfully exclude a consumer guarantee or other non-excludable right.

11

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Contact support@open52.com with questions or disputes so we can try to resolve them promptly.
