What we collect and why.

Information we may collect

• Account and contact details, such as your name and email address
• Order, plan, access-period and payment-status records
• Product usage, device, browser, security and diagnostic information
• Content you choose to submit to a product, where required to provide that feature
• Support messages and records of our response

Payments

Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe or Airwallex. They receive the payment and identity information needed to process the transaction and prevent fraud. Open52 does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

How we use information

• Provide and maintain the software
• Activate and administer access periods
• Process payments, refunds and support requests
• Protect users and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations
• Improve product reliability using aggregated or de-identified information where practical

Service providers and overseas processing

We may use hosting, analytics, email, customer-support, AI-processing and payment providers. Some providers may process data outside Australia. We select providers for a defined business purpose and share only what is reasonably required.

Retention

Retention depends on the type of data and the product involved. We keep account, transaction and tax records as required by law; support and security records for as long as reasonably needed; and submitted content according to the relevant product workflow. Product-specific notices may provide shorter periods.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask a privacy question, or request deletion where we are not legally required to retain the data. Contact support@open52.com.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Open52 is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
